Oh almost forgot, found a flyer for a good electro/electro-clash event this saturday. Unfortunately, I have to work until 1:30 am, but this event goes at least to 6am so I'll probably head there after work.
Legowelt, Orgue Electronique and Macho Cat Garage are playing. I have only heard Legowelt, but they are fairly good. They have a lot of quirky early eighties sounds in their music. DJ's include Jennifer Trezza (electro), Oliver Dodd (experimental... funny he used to be goth and go to 688), and Chad Philips (acid), plus 3 other DJ's.
10pm-6am at the Sampson St Lofts, 691 John Wesley Dobbs. $10
