So it's been a while. In the past week everything has broken apart and come together in a very nice way. I got a job, at a bar called Rock Candy. I also got an apartment, one block from the Lorimer L station. I have a callback for that salon I had an interview to manage this coming Tuesday, too, so the good news keeps on coming in.
It's truly Spring, and it doesn't seem to be that half-assed Colorado kind where you can wake up one day and have ten inches outside your door, so that's pretty nice.
Speaking of Colorado, I hung out with Annie and Amado and this girl Jess the other day. We ended up trekking through weird parts of Chinatown in efforts to relieve our bladders after we dropped Amado off at the bus. A nice little adventure, with girls. So maybe they all don't hate me after all...
As far as any other brilliant observations are concerned, well, I ain't got none.
It's tax time again, my most aggravating time of the year.
