This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: Most definitely yes and ALWAYS. I am an incredibly slow tagger so I'm usually always in a constant state of backtagging. I wouldn't be able to survive without it.
Threadhopping: Sure why not! I'm usually fine with it as long as the other person I'm threading with is too.
Fourthwalling: No thanks xD We don't need to give Winry an existential crisis.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm pretty okay with anything as long as it is realistic for the character/situation and treated with the proper care and sensitivity it deserves OOCly. I understand if ICly some characters wouldn't be considerate about it.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure go for it. Depending on who you are though you might get shoved away and given A Look. Chances are if you're a girl she'd just feel a bit awkward but let you hang on, but if you're a guy yeeaa. She might not be okay with it (unless you are Ed, Al, Ling, or some other guy she's gotten on good terms with).
Kissing this character: It's fine but like above she will most likely react adversely. Well, I guess it depends on how your character goes about it. If they just up and snog her without giving her a chance to refuse then yea. They are likely to get punched or wrenched. Again depending on who you are it will change a lot.
Flirting with this character: FF by all means xD She might not pick up on the fact you are flirting with her unless you are obvious, and even then she might pretend otherwise so as not to have to respond. She really wouldn't know what to do if someone openly flirted with her. Just get a bit flustered and try to ignore it.
Fighting with this character: Sure. Winry isn't much of a fighter except in (soul_campaign) where she has had a lot of training, so sans that game she wouldn't really be able to put up too much of a fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Contact me for this.
Killing this character: Nope.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Case by case, depends on what you want to pick up on.
