Japan's a country. A country's made up of a bunch of smaller parts like states and prefectures. Prefectures are made up of cities. Tokyo's one of those cities. Except it's the most important one in the country, so that's why it's called the capital.

They're not always that bad. I mean, yeah, most of them suck. But some of them are kind of useful. Usually you can get away with breaking some of them, too. It all depends on the situation.

You only get in trouble if you get caught. It makes a pretty big difference.

This place doesn't have that many rules. Except that you can't leave. Not much else other than that. I think.

I... guess? You shouldn't go crazy or anything like that. Chances are the more you break the rules, the more you'll get caught. I just meant once in a little while.
