Guess I should count myself lucky. Seems like I got out of this one. Not that I've really... killed. Not in the conventional sense, anyway. Erased, yes, but... that's different. It was them or us. It's not like I really enjoyed it or anything. That's just how the Game was... I had to. Do Noise even count? It's not like they bled or anything, they always just... evaporated.
Murder doesn't occur too often where I come from. I mean, most people my age don't really get a chance to. Sure, you could pull it off, but then you'd just get arrested and spend the rest of your life rotting in prison. What's the point? It probably helps that I come from a place with one of the lowest crime rates in its world. I guess a lot of worlds aren't like that, are they?
