recommended exercise

i've been really lacking on exercise lately, i've been too stressed to get to the gym, and the whole idea of going has been really unappealing to me as of late. i was getting down on myself about it, because i know that exercise is so essential to my wellness with endo, it affects me so much. so tonight i found something really amazing, and i'm recommending it to you all.

on the itunes store, there are these free video podcasts that you can get of a yoga class called YOGAmazing. there's a host and every week they tackle a different focus to the yoga. so one week they do a menstrual relief/PMS focus, and it's really really great. you can watch the little video on your computer or ipod, and follow along with the program. i myself have it on my handy little ipod, so i can sit that on the floor, with the sound coming through my speakers. his voice is really calming, and there's windchimes in the background (i appreciate the lack of cheesy music). there are two women who are doing the exercise so you can follow your moves with theirs. i just did the whole exercise (about 17 minutes) twice. i have a lot of problems with my lower back and this is really working a lot of those muscles (i think for the better). after i finished, i had a lot of gurgling, which i think is a good sign that stuff is moving around in an area plagued by a lack of movement.
