I'm alive!
I had my lap yesterday morning, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Is it possible that I feel better already? My gynecologist found lots of endometriosis and scarring, but managed to get it all. Of course I'm in all sorts of discomfort due to the actual surgery, but I've got more than enough pain medication.
Thank you so much for helping to ease my mind, I really appreciate it. So now, any tips on a fast and easy recovery? I've been mostly just laying around but I have forced myself to walk around the house quite a bit to try to ease the pressure from the gas.
& what are your opinions on the Depo Provera? She recommended it to me as it eliminates the problem of menstruation altogether.
