sugery update
okay.
So I had surgery this morning. Got there at 7:30. Waited until 8:30 to get taken upstairs...they called me right when i went to the bathroom.
I get up there, they iv me up, give me good drugs, send me off to surgery...BTW IT WAS FREAKING FREEZING...THEN THEY PUT THE IV IN AND I THOUGHT I WAS AN ICE CUBE.
My dream during surgery was about being a penguin...BECAUSE I WAS COLD.
ANYWAY.
They made three incisions. It wasn't that bad. I had some endo tissue they removed with burning and a laser, and they biopsied some of it cause it was funny. That is all we were told. Yuck right?
I got Vicodin, Motrin for pain. I am doing really well. Been up walking around the apt. here and there. I had to have help going potty for the first 5-6 hours. I can go by myself now. It hurts majorly to pee. Haven't had a BM yet and am NOT looking forward to that.
Okay. I guess that is all for now. I will update more as more info comes to me. I am at home and such so call me or something this weekend.
