(no subject)
i departed from ClarkU yesterday. it's a little weird that i won't be seeing those faces for another many months. i might visit worcester in the summer though, and crash with some friends who decided to stay.
anywhoodles, right now i'm at Mt. Holyoke (MoHo), where my sister goes to school. Got here yesterday, and took a tour while my sister was in class. Pretty nice campus imho. met up with my sister eventually, and it turned out that she wasn't in class, instead she'd fallen asleep on a sofa in the library and missed her class because of it! (we're more alike then i realize, ha).
we ate dinner with some of her friends (funny kids fo sho), and omg, the fooooooodd, so good. i assumed that school food was not very good at all universities, but noooo, moho food is incredibly delicious. i will never be able to look at clark food again without cringing just a little bit. i'm going to eat as much of it as i possibly can before i leave here. which is a yet to be determined date.
after dinner i thought i would be chock full of energy to party it up moho style. but nope. i napped. and it was good. until i was awoken by hundreds of blood curdling screams. say what? well, yesterday was the last day of classes at moho, and the beginning of reading days to prepare for finals and stuff. and a tradition here is apparently a primal screaming session on such an evening. it is a disturbing thing to wake up to when you have no prior knowledge about the tradition.
