Oh those vampires...
When I heard about Vampire Diaries, I really wasn't giving it much credit. I was like 'yeah, just one more to get on that whole human-falls-for-a-vampire trend that's been going on lately'. Sure, I love vampires! I have the BTVS and Underworld DVDs, I've watched Twilight and read all the books (not that I think they're awesome, but, you know, they're entertaining). Anyway, my roommate started watching it and convinced me to watch it with her. It started out kinda slow, I wasn't all that excited about it. But these latest episodes, especially when Elena finds out about vampires, it was like wow! Finally a human being who actually reacts like a human being! As much as she loves him, she's freaked out! And Bella's like "oh, I don't care if you've killed people, and I'm totally cool with vampires existing, cause, you know, it could so happen and it seems completely normal to me". And she's great too, I mean, that girl can hold her own, dude! Even against the hotness that is Damon! .sigh.
