Fun meme!
1. First name: Luciana. Didn’t find anything too deep and meaningful to describe me there, but this picture pretty much does the trick: a mess! In every sense. My room looked just like that until a few days ago, and now my head’s not any better, considering I’m done with classes and I’m about to graduate and I have no idea what to do with my life right now. Not to mention the heart, I won’t even go there!
2. Favorite food: Italian. Basically anything involving pasta! Probably cause of my Italian heritage. Only it has to be vegetarian, cause I’m one! ^^
3. Hometown: Tubarão, SC, Brazil. I went looking for pictures of my hometown, and as it turns out, I found lots of them taken by my younger cousin on the first three pages! They’re all awesome and I’m so proud of him. I narrowed it down to two very different ones: one showing the urban side of it, the busiest avenue on the city, probably taken from his apartment, cause that’s the view we get from there. And the one I actually picked is from the countryside, with lots of green and a dirt road. It’s a bit outside of where we actually live, but it’s still the same city, a completely different side of it. I loved it!
4. Favorite color: purple. Sometimes I change it, and basically all my stuff is orange now, but since I was a kid, purple was my favorite color. And the picture is called “Beautiful London Purple Color”, I thought it was fitting, since it might be my home next year!
5. Celebrity crush: Kate Beckinsale. Aka my current background image on the computer! LOL! I’ve loved her since the first Underworld movie, and back then I still thought I was straight! =D I like this picture, she looks natural, a clean look, and still manages to look stunning. Anyway, she’s beautiful, she’s a talented actress and Kate, if you read this by any chance, give me a call! ;)
6. Favorite drink: caipirinha. Brazilian drink! Lemons, ice, sugar and vodka! And I can prepare a killer one! ^^
7. Dream Holiday: Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. I’ve been there, and I’ve been missing it lately! I guess it’s the whole growing up thing that makes me miss this feeling of being a kid with no responsibilities. Miss the magic.
8. Favorite dessert: Brigadeiro! I’m a sucker for candy. For those who don’t live in Brazil, you probably never heard of it. Condensed milk, chocolate powder and some butter. I can assure you: Best. Thing. Ever!
9. What I want to be when I grow up: Free. And when I mean free, I mean not having to be afraid. To say what I wanna say, to do what I wanna do, to love who I wanna love. I’ve come a long way already, but I still don’t feel completely free. I hope I will, soon!
10. What I love most in the world: Hope. How there are always those who never give up on what they believe in, who never give up on the world, on love, on people, no matter how much they’ve suffered and how much the world has let them down. It’s something I try to believe in every day.
11. One word that describes me: Persistence. It may be funny to those who are near me, because I tend to get tired and give up on things once they get too hard. But that is only for the things that don’t matter much to me. When it’s something really important, I’ll move mountains to get it, and god knows I don’t give up easily.
12. My LiveJournal name: endless motion. Basically, I needed a name that wasn’t depressing for a change, and I wanted something meaningful. So I started listening to my songs and writing down the words I liked the most. Endless motion is not exactly the most original thing, but I guess it describes my life well this year. Meaning things are always changing, and we can’t go back, we have to find a way to move along. Also, the title of this picture is ‘keep searching’, and right now I’m definitely searching for something.
