Spinach and goat cheese salad:
Baby spinach
a handful of dried sweetened cranberries
a handful of pecans or walnuts
about two tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
Briannas Salad Dressing with the strawberry on the bottle
OR
Kens steakshouse (i think) Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Dressing, also amazing.
Mis it up. and then eat it all. its good.
My friday night was clearly lame considering I spent half of it at stop and shop....
