Cookery Classes Term Three

Jul 15, 2008 10:12

Delirium has not been teaching the cookery classes up until this point, the students have had a cover teacher but now Delirium is back and taking over again.

I've included all the recipes that inspired the lessons but what Delirium cooks in class will be slightly altered due to lack of ingredients or just general madness.

If you are an intermediate-experienced cook, please let me know as Delirium will do a seperate teaching plan for you.

Week One:
Lesson One:
Making Sourdough Bread from starter to baking.

Lesson Two:
Making Cookies from dough to crunchie or gooey numiness.
