I found this society called COMPRES that seems pretty neat because they focus specifically on high pressure stuff which is what I do. It would be totally bad-ass to go to their annual conference and present because 1) they are a relatively small group of people so I wont shit my pants when I present and 2) I really like what I do and would like to learn more about it 3) people there won't think I am crazy for what I do. Plus, they are having it at a resort in New Hamshire this year and it looks REALLY nice....like I can't possibly afford nice. I just need to find some kind of scholarship to pay for it...hmmm...
