yesterday was the most AMAZING day EVER !! shane and i woke up late at around noon and just lounged for a lil. my mom was off and was at the beach, so we decided to meet her down there. shane and i rode our bikes down to our little beach by dania and hung out with my mom. it was so hot outside so shane and i decided to splash around in the water. there was a sandbar so we swam out there. we kept trying to do hand stands and kept failing lol. we're such bums. after i wanted to go to john u lloyd park, so we went on our way there. we stopped at the quickie mart for pizza and gatorade. that place's pizza is actually pretty good !! so we rode to the park and it was really pretty. the jetty was closed so we stopped at the beach right before it. the water was gorgeous !! low tide and shells everywhere !! i was so excited. we picked seashells for like 2hours. shane got the mvp lol.
it was getting late so we decided to go home. when we got back, shane mentioned the marlins were playing and i wanted to go. it was 5.30 so we hopped in the shower to get ready last minute. we were so sunburnt so i went in cheer shorts and he had basketball shorts on. no one to impress. we picked up subway on the way and i had my fave white chocolate macadamia nut. MmMm .. when we were getting on the turnpike, there was a little traffic and it was about 20 to 7 ( the game started at 7.05 ). so i turned on kiss country and the kiss me touch tones was playing, so i decided to call. first try was busy, so i tried again and it rang. "hey you're the 9th caller" the voice said. then i paused thinking in my head, "shit ! what caller do i need to be?" so i screamed and he told me i was a winner and i go"shut up!" and he's like "well how can i tell you what you've won if i shut up?" so i was so excited because i never win anything. so i got 2 tickets to the hardknocks at hardrock boxing thingy. i dont even know what it is, but i can't go because it's ashley's birthday and we already have plans. i pondered not going to her thing for awhile, but i decided that would be fucked up, and whats a party without me, anyways ?!? lol
so we got to the game, i paid for parking, and we were only going to get the cheap seats in the outfield, but as we were walking up, we saw a scalper and he had 3rd row in front of first base for $25 a piece ( usually they're $50 each for season ticket holders, or $70 + if you buy them for individual games ). so we HAD to get them. shane only had $47 and he let us get them. i was so stoked !! the game was awesome. i was bummed nate bump, mr hottie, only pitched to 2 batters, but hey- we needed to win. so we ended up coming back form behind thanks to the lead off runs by mike lowell who was doing shitty, and the heat won, AND the red sox won !! what a great day. i dont know what i did to deserve all that, but hey- i'll take it !!
i havent shared with ya'll yet, but when i was 5, my first friend and best friends ever when i was lil was named linsy. well, i tried for years to get ahole of her and blah blah blah happened and i never did. we hadnt spoken since i was in middle school. WELL i was at shanes house and woke up one morning and went on line. i had an e-mail that said "linsy has sent you a message on myspace." i was like that's the only linsy i know that spells her name that way, it can't be. well fuck yeah it was and the weirdest thing, she lives 3 blocks away from me !! holy cowabunga that rocked !! so we've been keeping in touch and it was so good to see her. we cried like losers !! lol so cool.
a little insight : i screamed at a mom in target last week. i was trying on a pair of shoes in the shoe department, and my mom had walked away, so i went in the try-on-shoes to show her how they looked. i turn around to walk back and i see this lady run over my reefs ( which are the love of my life ) with her shopping cart. i yell "hello? what the fuck are you doing?" ( yes i actually did curse at her ) she was like "well how am i suppose to see yoru shoes in the middle of the aisle?" it's a shoe department bitch !! i told her she pushes her cart like she drives like shit and she was saying shit under her breath as my mom was pulling me away and i got the last word " keep talking you stupid bitch !" haha it was great. i love arguments sometimes.
today i left work early to go to the dentist. i had 3 cavities, one which was monstrous ( sp?). the novacaine has just worn off after 5 hours and my mouth hurts like hell. i can see where i was bleeding and its so sore. i need painkillers !! sucky.
ATTENTION LADIES :: next friday, may 20, my friend ashley is turning 18. we are going out to eat for the underage, and then heading off to La Bare's the strip club. anyone wana join ? the more the merrier. it'll be fun.
so that's all. i'm going to sleep now. i worked 6.15am-2pm and i'm pooped abd starving. have a good night lovers <3
