I think I'm going to have to be permanently Grouchy-Ni.
Getting from Derby to Cuffley has never been an easy task. In fact, it looks like this:
Derby-> London St Pancras-> London King's Cross*-> Finsbury Park-> Cuffley.
It's not marvellous, burdened down with LRP kit, but I've done it before.
On the way home, however, there's engineering works from Cuffley. So my journey wil look like this:
Cuffley-BUS-> Alexandra Palace-> Finsbury Park-> Kings Cross-> St Pancras-> Derby.
An hour's bus. You bastards. Shit, there's a fair to middling chance I'm going to get trapped in London. At which point might have to Tube to Victoria, and ring my sister. Gods save me from that fate!
*Yeah, I'm blatantly whining at the prospect at having to walk a hundred metres from STP to KGX.
