I have a question for the culinary-inclined among you.
If a recipe (in this case, a sweet recipe with silken tofu and brown sugar syrup) can't have sago pearls, would pudding rice do as a substitute?
I know about tapioca pearls, but they're a lot bigger and darker than sago, by the looks of it.
Why yes, I am writing more princesses. But I've taken a couple out, so it'll all work out in the end.
