Important note:
Nando's Peri-Peri sauce is for marinade. It is NOT a cook-in sauce. If you up-end the bottle into your wok, pain will occur.
At this point, the best thing your brain can do is remember that the irritant in chillies are soluble in milk fat, not in water. Fullfat whole milk is currently my best friend. Possibly even more so than chocolate, I'll have to get back to you on that once my mouth stops swelling.
Though chocolate was definitely on my mind last night, I woke up with the phrase in my brain.
