I will try and find a way in which you can read at least some of her stuff. Hmmm... I have a Yamane Ayano stash on my computer ^^ Most is in english, which is good! Her stuff, however, tends to be harder (hahahah!) than all of the other yaoi you've read. And Viewfinder contains some downright nasty BDSM, but alas, I love it. So, I think you'd still like it ^^;; Most of her manga are in the angst/fluff category otherwise.
