You have taught me so much.
It is going to be a sad night when I come to realize you aren’t just a pathway away. Its going to be a sad night when I come to realize that the beach is not only 5 minutes away but an hour and 5 minutes away. I could always count on you to come with me on restless nights, at some unknown hour that we didn’t care to know, to go and relax at some place no one would know where we were at. We had nothing to fear and nothing to worry about. We were on top of the world. No one could ever take away that feeling.
Now that I am moving doesn’t mean we have to start walking down from the top of the mountain. We have only just begun. We will now feel even bigger and untouchable when I come to visit. We will once again ride the streets as if we owned them. In fact we do own them and we are untouchable.
