Brazilian human trials of HIV vaccine.
WebMD reports that a Brazilian trial of a new HIV vaccine is quite promising, reduced HIV load, and stopped T-cell loss. Unfortunately the procedure sounds like it will be incredibly expensive when it makes it out of the lab.
