Happy Thanksgiving and Stuff
I hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving weekend. For some reason I have been looking forward to the holidays this year more so than usual. I guess I really want the days off. :P
My sister's birthday is also on Thanksgiving Day so I have gotten her a Wii which I know she'll go crazy for as she's quite the Smash Bros. fan although I did not get the game.
As for me not much as been going on. Work has been good for them most part and we have been busy which I am grateful for as many audio video companies are going out of business left and right including huge retailers like Tweeter and Circuit City, although it seems a lot of people have been on edge lately. Not sure what it is.
Went to a concert last week at the Congress Theater to go my watch my second most favorite band in the world Rise Against (first being Bad Religion which may not be surprising as they were a very huge influence on Rise) and some other bands including Alkaline Trio, Gaslight Anthem, and Thrice.
I had a fucking awesome time although I have to admit I am officially too old for the most pit. XD
This weekend I believe I will be spending most of my time gaming, watching anime, and just chillin' in general. I've only scratched the surface of the new expansion for Warcraft, and will mostly be playing that and Tales of Vesperia.
Speaking of video games I'll leave you all with this. Maxim magazine did a recent article in which they spoke to memorable video game "voices" including that of Hernan Sanchez, who recorded the infamous "FINISH HIM!" line in Mortal Kombat.
