when you hear the sound - WHOO DI WHOO - run for cover
this 3 day weekend was just what i needed. it definitely had its ups and downs but overall it was good.
the football game was on friday at jca. it took us an hour on the dumb bus to get there! anywho, the game was awesome the first half, but we basically collapsed and got raped by the end of the game. i love being a manager. i wasn't sure before, but now that i'm better at it i think it's awesome.
saturday i worked from 11:30-4:30. i got off an hour early which made my day. then i went to kat's house were we bonfired (new verb?) and hung out. i'm sad that there won't be too many more left this year. flynn and i met up with some cool people at portillos afterwards. ha good times. we just loitered in the parking lot for a really long time. i wish there were more nights like that...
i worked again on sunday. we rented Saw and watched it whenever we were on our breaks. margaret and caitlin even visited me unexpectedly. last day at the pool too! maybe forever.... then i went to the last fling with john askwith! it took us an hour to find a frickin parking spot. yes, an hour. we were so hungry so got something at the first place we saw and sat on the curb for an hour an a half. ha that was fun. i saw pretty much everyone that i know. when john left, i went to coldstone with kat, anne, and lizzie. we met up with steph, jt, and kevin but our plans kinda fell through afterwards.
i just got back from the body worlds exhibit at the museum of science and industry. it was pretty sweet, not as gross as i thought.
this whole homecoming thing is making me crazy, jeez. my plans kinda fell through and now i'm mad...
