Escaping from Reality
Ever since I'm here in Hang Zhou, this just feels like my 'virtual' world. A place that I would staying for 3 months, like as if it's another planet.
When I'm here, it feels really good that I don't have to care about what's going on over in Singapore, and I don't have to deal with matters I don't want to deal with. In fact, the inner me feels so much happier when I'm in Hang Zhou. In Singapore, when I'm exposed to so many matters everyday (Eg. Gossips, Rants, Complains, Quarrels, etc) I feel really irritated, especially if such matters just keeps repeating but the person him/herself don't wanna resolve it.
But when I'm in Hang Zhou, these matters can't pester me because of the limited platforms I can get access to. In which, I think is really good lor. Actually I think it would be ALOT better if I can't get into Facebook/Twitter at all! Yes, also Fb/Twitter is banned, but I've got links to proxies. & it's hard to control myself not to use them, especially when I get bored. But I would definitely not resort to buying VPN, if both are not working. It's really good to isolate yourself out from all those. Really.
If I were to fast forward time to 31/12/11, from the bottom of my heart.. Yes I would definitely miss staying in this place and having my own 'peace' and trouble-free days. I don't wanna face what I would be facing in Singapore. To sum it all, I enjoy the lifestyle in Hang Zhou but prefer the environment in Singapore. The next 62 days, please work some miracles.
