I found this picture a couple weeks ago and stumbled across it again today.
This is very fitting for what I envisioned of the house -- the level of dilapidation and the general feel of the house. Old fashioned, once fashionable, and in some lights, ghostly beautiful. I just wanted to share this with you all, and I think I'm gonna have this as the stairwell of the house -- I think it adds a certain character, and the small panes of glass will simply be a grid of bars, as well as the dome above will be affixed with bars.
