building an army
So last I posted, the fish who arrived on Wednesday were pretty scraped up from shipping. They're better :). More than better, they've turned into little piranhas when food hits the water >:))). It took until today for the male to be enthusiastic about food, but finally he's eating like he means it.
I've been trying to get a picture of the male flashing to his two girls, but I keep missing it or leaving the memory card out of the camera! D: When he flashes, omg, his fins light up and flare. He has reflective patches on his fins, and he uses these in his displays to catch the light just right and look irresistible to the ladies ;y. But more seriously, I need to get a photo of this XD.
Just a picture of him looking... normal :T. It's really fuzzy too because the quarantine tank doesn't have a light. Derp~.
