Not a sport I want to try...
*sigh* I'm slowly coming out of the dark (I hope). I got an interview. I don't think I got the position, but hey... It gives me hope for the next one. Hopefully I'll be out of this job before the year is out. Preferably before the month is out. Preferably into a counseling job.
I went white water rafting down the Royal Gorge yesterday! It was so much fun! From that experience though, I do have to say that cliff diving is probably one sport that I do not want to try. At one point we stopped to jump off of this huge boulder/rock into the river. Climbing up was a little daunting since our shoes were slick and I did not want to fall. It wasn't too bad though. However, the scariest part was when you were up there and you were looking down. The water didn't scare me. It was the fact that just below the rock I was standing on, there was a rock that jutted out just a little farther than the rock I was standing on. You had to take care and make sure that you jumped OUT when you jumped. But I did it, and it was a lot of fun. :-)
