Kobe
Two weekends ago, I actually went to Kobe. I didn't write about it because it was actually kind of boring. There didn't really seem to be much to do. We went to China Town (there was nothing but food there), went to a few shopping areas (the prices were way too high compared to the deals you can find in Osaka), Harborland (nothing there but a scary-looking ferris wheel and merry go round) and took some train out to the airport because the views were supposed to be "good" from there (they were decent). In the end, I was not impressed. It didn't help that it was raining buckets most of the day too. Sorry Kobe!
My stepmom has a friend in Kobe who has a teenage son, so I might go back and let this guy show me some better places in Kobe. Maybe it'll be nicer the second time around.
