3 things

This week I will do a 3 good things list every day.

1. Tonight I made dinner for myself. I folded a load of laundry while the pasta cooked and did almost all the dishes that I created a mess of. I ate box mac and cheese (with the gooey cheese instead of the powder) and put broccoli in it. yum! I also ate an artichoke.
2. I ate breakfast today. Sure it was half a candy bar, but it was also watermelon that I cut last night and ate this morning. It was delicious, if slightly overripe.
3. I am happy that my friend did not get badly hurt last night in an attempted burglary while she was home.  It is possible that I will have more PTSD than she will. 
4. I refilled my prescription today and set health goals for the next week (one of which is to do this 3 things list.)
