Pirates, "Ocean Soul", and Renn. Faire
Saw Dead Man's Chest again today! Yay! I'm so much in love with it. Bunch of ideas were spawned and thanks to a bit of conversation yesterday with friends (while at Rennaisance Faire) about the movie, spotted some very nicely subtle foreshadowing. *g* I was gone all day yesterday at the Faire, then went swimming at a friend's house, and finally finished up by eating dinner. I bought very little at the Faire this year, good thing, too, I haven't the money to really spare given school expenses. However, I did buy some lovely soap, lip balm, and a brilliant tanktop that says "Pirate Wench" followed by crossed swords and "Bristol Renaissance Faire". ^_^v I love it, even though it's pink. (At least it's bright/hot and not pastel.)
While I have taken two days off from revising "Ocean Soul," I'm not actually hopping right into that this afternoon. I've started laying out things to address in a continuation from DMC, since someone asked if I was doing one... and I think I might. Or even if I don't do a big multiparter, mayhaps I'll do some more shorts. I'd certainly like to. =)
In any case, I think I'll be toting my laptop next door to hang out and write while looking after the neighbors' pets. More to post in the near future!
