Have patience with this humble writer----she's on it!! <3 No, really. Chapter 4 is the highest on my writing list right now.
If you're feeling masochistic, though, there's fic I haven't posted in any communities yet that you might like to read, here: Brittle Glass, The Last Entry (follow-up Tatsumi by my partner in crime), and De Profundis . It's the same plotverse as Wish and Paper Wings, however, it happens prior to both of those.
