Can't sleep . . .
Buying a 56" TV is never a good idea, trust me! We had our entire living room set up nice and neatly and then around Thanksgiving the bx had this TV marked down by over half just for a special sale, ad we'd been looking at it for a long time anyway so we bought it, but that's where the trouble began, because ever since then we have been looking for an entertainment center so our house can be organized again! Well we got one yesterday but it's sad because with the cost of the TV AND the entertainment center together it means that just to have this stupid thing we spent over $1600! But it's okay because it looks really really nice and once everything is organized I'm going to take pictures so everyone can see my pretty living room!
Aside from that we haven't been up to too much. We are going to Paris at the end of March for 4 days, it should be fun. We are driving over there which is going to be interesting. Don't worry we aren't actually going to drive IN Paris, we are driving to a hotel outside of Paris and taking the metro into the city each day. I'm nervous about being so far from home with Alex but I'm sure it will be all right, he will do well because he's a good baby but it might just be stressful for him. We are going to get one of those baby hiking backpack things so he can ride around on our backs all day!
Dan is selling his truck because we like to have extra money and since his beater car got fixed it's not a bad car anyway. We decided to sell the truck instead of the car because we are selling both of them when we leave here anyway, so we may as well sell the one we're paying on and keep the one that's got no payments and cheaper insurance. I'm excited to have the money back in the bank each month, too bad it's just going to go towards paying off bills.
Another exciting thing that happened this month is that I got to pay off a lot of bills when our tax return came it, so that was cool, because I had one bill from like four years ago that I really really needed to pay so that my credit score can get fixed!
And wow this is all really boring stuff! lol Oh and it's 5 in the morning here and I woke up because I'm not used to sleeping for more than about 4 or 5 hours a night, so I just couldn't sleep any more! What's weird is that I'm up and it's too late to call anyone back home! he he
Well I love and miss everyone!
Oh yeah and really really exciting news, I thought I was going to get a C in my last philosophy class but I got an A!!!
