Thank you so much, MWT and RJ!

I love the elephant idea.

(and I love Spellcoats too. It was my first DWJ)

Thanks to both of you for the interview. Dogsbody is SO worth swiping! I love that the wonderful Diana Wynne Jones helped bring us the marvelous Megan Whalen Turner. And of course, I can't wait for the elephants!

Thanks for the great interview RJ and Megan. I'm so happy to hear there are two more books! And if anybody can steal an elephant, it's Gen.

Fun interview, RJ! And as a DWJ fan who still hasn't read all her books...next up, Dalemark Quartet! I would totally have kept DOGSBODY--one of those books you have to re-read. Very clever to keep the friend, too.

I just finished A CONSPIRACY OF KINGS--loved it, and eager for the next one. Once again, an interesting approach to point of view--shifting, with surprise narrators and listeners. Megan, if you're reading this, at what point in the process do you identify which particular POV sleight-of-hand you'll be pulling on us?

I noticed that CONSPIRACY is dedicated to DWJ--do you know each other?

DWJ got MWT published. She read her book and recommended it to an agent at Greenwillow.

Awesome interview! I'm seriously intrigued by the elephant. (For some reason all I can think of is Lord of the Rings). Thank you both!!
