Lets see, I've been back in Oswego for a little more than a week. So far, I've gone to classes, hung out with my fellow Austenites, done some homework, and somewhat productive. I haven't really had any homework assignments besides to read and to write 2 reflection papers for every English class, which all in all hasn't really been that bad. I have been corrected by my friend caitlin numerous times for using ill grammar (i.e. "(much) more better") and I think it's a problem that I acquired while living here. Oh well.
The teachers here aren't all that bad. Anthropology, the professor is humorous and down to earth. Psychology, the teacher talks faster than his notes and adds in the, "you guys can read about that more in your text book" and he likes to talk about animals and other things either in sex or on topics related to sex. CSC (the easy as hell class... what's microsoft word, can you use powerpoint etc.) English Composition, that teacher's just plain rude and disrespectful to her students. But, I feel as though she'll make others into better writers... so I'll keep her for a while. Ethics, well, I'm taking it with "Pedifile" (long story short, he doesn't photograph well and his teacher website photo makes him look like a pedifile, but he's the nicest guy around and a great teacher.) I really like ethics, I get to argue my point in some instances and eventually I'll be able to write papers about it.
I am pretty much being screwed on hours at work. I took the bus down from oswego to go to work, only to find out when I get there that they don't have anything for me to do. So, needless to say I was a little pist. Apparently they called me, but I didn't go back to my dorm room to get the message. So, I purchased a track phone specifically for work so that I don't have to waste my time like that again.
In relationship news, Greg and I are doing fine. Our 15 month anniversary was yesterday, and we're celebrating it all weekend.
