Scorpius was surprised. He hadn't anticipated that Albus' Animagus form would be so exotic. He had expected Al to be a dog or a cat, perhaps even a stag like his grandfather. Albus was as unpretentious as anyone Scorpius had ever met, which is why he was utterly amazed at the odd-looking creature now sat before him. Flipping quickly through the pages of a reference tome, Scorpius found a photo that matched his boyfriend's current appearance. "Here we are," he announced. "It says here, Albus, that you're a lemur."
Al hopped up next to Scorpius, cocking his head as he stared at the text and photo. He made an excited noise in his throat, and his small, soft paws patted the two-dimensional lemur in the book. Albus automatically wrapped the length of his tail around his boyfriend's arm for balance as he tried to turn the page for more lemurs.
Scorpius reached out to pet Al's silky fur and teased, "Your tail is almost as long as my cock."
