Summary: Harry reflects on how much he enjoys spending each morning with Draco.
Harry sat at the small table in the breakfast nook, watching Draco as he prepared an omelet for two. Draco was chopping vegetables smoothly and efficiently, with the same focused elegance he displayed when preparing a potion. Harry sighed enviously. His own hands were far too clumsy for such precise work, which is why he was sitting here, squeezing oranges to make juice. He could use magic, but he didn't mind the menial task. It seemed comfortable, somehow, sitting in the kitchen and helping his lover. Just being able to wake up with Draco each morning, in their own bed and in their own home, was thrilling.
Draco glanced over and noticed the soft, dreamy look on Harry's face. He couldn't help but smile in response. "What are you thinking about?" he teased gently.
Harry flushed and ducked his head, peering up at his boyfriend through his fringe. "I was just thinking about how much I love sharing mornings with you."
