Niko snorted. Considering the size of his nose, it was an impressive snort.
"Come here, Spartacus," I said. "You can watch TV with me."
"A worthless pastime," Nik commented. "Why don't you read something?"
"Yeah? Like a foreign porno with subtitles?"
Niko closed his eyes, as if seeking strength.
I grinned at my victory. "Maybe I'll take a book to the bar tonight. Spartacus broke the TV."
Nik opened his mouth then shook his head. "I don't want to know."
