We've had snow to start off January. Nothing much yet, but that may change this week. Those of you affected by winter storms Ember and Finn, stay safe!
This month's JMDC prompt is look forward Use it however you wish--the phrase itself or the meaning behind it. Feel free to write/draw any fandom, pairing, threesome, gen fic, original fic, etc. Combine it with other prompts, if you're able.
Please post your entry in your own journal (unlocked!) or a community of your choice, and leave me a link in the comments below. You have until January 31 at 10:00pm CST to submit an entry. Harry was feeling melancholy as he sent holiday decor into boxes and bags. He loved the hols, and it saddened him to put it away for the year. Compounding his blues was the fact that Carolyn would be heading back to Hogwarts soon.
The Floo in the parlor whooshed, indicating Draco had returned home with the children. A moment later, Draco peered into the family room.
"Harry, are you humming Auld Lang Syne?"
"Yeah."
"Buck up," said Draco. "We have a lot to look forward to this year."
"That's true," said Harry, his spirits lifting instantly. "We do, don't we?"
