Draco flailed, terrified he was about to fall, when a pair of arms caught him about the waist.
"Malfoy! Are you okay? What were you doing?!"
Draco's heart was pounding and his mouth was too dry to deliver a retort. Plus, Potter had saved him from a nasty tumble. "Th-thank you," he stammered. "I reached for the tea and forgot about my new center of balance. What are you doing up?"
Potter stepped back and raked a hand through his hair. "I couldn't sleep. I went outside for some fresh air." He scowled and added, "You gave me a fright."
