After finishing his breakfast (sans cinders), Harry pushed his plate to the side and looked at Draco across the table. "Will you kiss me good morning?"
"What? Why?"
Harry leaned back and rubbed his jaw. "It would help to know where I stand with you. Too often, I feel like I'm walking on egg shells around you."
"Please," scoffed Draco. "you gleefully trample on egg shells."
A slow smirk curved Harry's lips. "Does that mean you won't be surprised if I lunge across this table and kiss you good morning?"
Up to the challenge, Draco lunged forward and kissed Harry.
