Neville was growing weary of waiting for Charlie Weasley to make the first move. He'd done everything he could think of to let Charlie know he was interested, but the object of his fancy seemed oblivious.
Tonight, however, Bill and Fleur Weasley would be hosting a costume party for Halloween, and Neville had a plan guaranteed to get Charlie's attention. He stepped into his costume with the faux, green scales and zipped it up before tugging the strings that controlled the wings on his back. Neville grinned, settled the fierce dragon mask over his head, and stepped into the Floo.
