"Valentine's Day," House muttered. "Just another excuse for fornicating and spreading infectious sexual diseases."
"I don't believe it," said Wilson.
"Don't tell me you're a romantic at heart?" scoffed House, slumping back in his chair and stretching his right leg out.
"I meant, I never knew there was a Valentine's Day Scrooge," Wilson responded with a hint of a smirk.
House scowled at him. "It's a day designed to make people who aren't in love feel depressed."
"Like you?" asked Wilson. He leaned close and dropped his voice. "Love is closer than you think, if you'd just open your eyes."
