Draco glanced up when Daphne wandered over to see his gift.
"Impressive," she murmured. "Sweet tidings to you. Who sent it?"
"My Secret Santa," said Draco, failing miserably at trying to look miserable. This year's gift was rather delightful.
"I am aware of that," said Daphne. "Who was your Secret Santa?"
Before Draco could decide if he wanted to divulge the information, Potter sauntered over. "Did you save me a chocolate, Malfoy?" He glanced at Daphne and added a belated, "Happy Christmas, Greengrass-Nott."
"I'll just leave you two to chat, shall I?" Daphne said with a smirk. She strolled away, leaving Draco alone with Potter.
Draco cleared his throat. "So, um, what did you receive?"
Potter sighed. "An ugly tie and a pair of socks. Say, at least let me enjoy one of the chocolates I gave you, yeah?"
Draco opened the chocolates and allowed Potter to select first. "Thank you, Potter," he said. "It appears you actually put some thought into my gift."
Potter nodded as he swallowed the chocolate. "Chocolate for your sweet tooth and silver because it reminded me of your eyes."
Draco's eyes blinked in surprise. Was Potter trying to flirt? "Why..." Draco paused and cleared his throat. "Why the gloves?"
Potter favored Draco with a slow, sexy grin. "Those were a personal indulgence," he said. "I have a glove kink."
