Harry felt his face flood with heat, and he hoped he wasn't turning red. There was nothing quite like getting caught staring at another bloke's arse to guarantee instant embarrassment.
"I was admiring the cut of your trousers," Harry quickly fibbed. Note to self, he thought. Don't leer at Malfoy's assets.
Malfoy raised a skeptical brow, and Harry hastened to change the subject. "Why don't I pour us each a glass of wine?" Harry settled his guest in the dining room, while he went to the kitchen to uncork the wine Malfoy brought. Basil was in the kitchen, munching on his kibble and behaving himself for once.
Harry returned to the dining room with the bottle of wine in hand. He set it on the table and bent to retrieve the wine glasses from the sideboard. Harry turned in time to see Malfoy's eyes dart away in a guilty fashion.
"Malfoy," drawled Harry, "were you leering at my assets?"
