Albus blinked in confusion. "Apple pie?" he parroted.
Scorpius nodded. "It's hot and sweet and delicious," he purred.
A small shiver wracked Al's frame. "Stop teasing me like that," he said. His voice sounded breathless to his own ears. He wasn't even sure what they were talking about.
A new voice intruded on their intimate moment.
"It's madness, I tell you."
Albus turned his head to see Lorcan Scamander grinning at him. "What's madness?" he asked.
Lorcan gestured at them. "That two of the hottest boys at Hogwarts should end up together," he sighed. "Whatever will the girls do now?"
