"This is so relaxing," Pansy sighed before taking a sip of her fruity cocktail. "Aren't you glad you came with me?"
Across the table, Draco snorted. "No, I am not glad I accompanied you," he muttered. He had been bullied into joining Pansy at the Parkinson family villa on the Mediterranean.
"Yes, yes, you miss your imaginary boyfriend and all that," Pansy dismissed with a wave of her hand. Draco had been seeing someone, but had yet to divulge the bloke's identity. Pansy had an inkling of who it may be, however.
Draco set his martini down with a clatter. "I'm going for a walk," he announced.
"Again?!" cried Pansy. "Darling, you spend more time on the beach than you do entertaining me here."
"You packed your vibrator, didn't you?" Draco sneered, striding down the deck's steps and into the soft sand.
Pansy waited until he was some distance down the beach before strolling down the steps herself and trailing after Draco. She could see him in the distance, and she followed his footprints until she came upon the spot where a second set of prints joined Draco's. Pansy halted and shaded her eyes as she looked down the stretch of sand. Draco appeared to be alone, but she knew better--just as she knew he would return to the villa in a much more congenial frame of mind.
Triumphant, Pansy returned to the villa. She couldn't wait to tell Blaise. After all, he had mocked her when she told him of her suspicions that Draco was dating Harry Potter. Pansy's lips curled in a smug smile. Blaise owed her ten galleons.
