Summary: A walk in the woods on a snowy evening leads to a chance encounter.

It had taken some serious negotiating on Harry's part, but he had finally convinced Draco to take a walk with him through the snowy woods at night.
"The moon is bright, and the way it gleams on the snow makes it so beautiful out," he observed.
"You're right," Draco admitted. "I'm glad you talked me into this."
They were dressed in heavy winter clothing, and Warming Charms kept them comfortable as they trekked through the powdery snow.
"Oh look, Harry!" Draco exclaimed. He was pointing at an evergreen tree that was festooned with hundreds of twinkling lights. "Did you plan this?" he asked.
"No, I didn't," Harry said, "but it's gorgeous."
They approached the tree and gazed at it in wonder.
"Beautiful," breathed Draco.
"I agree," Harry murmured. He leaned close and captured his boyfriend's chilled lips in a snog that warmed Draco to the core. "Perhaps we should head back," suggested Harry. "It's time we went to bed."
As Harry and Draco hurried back the way they'd come, the faeries in the tree giggled, pleased to have inspired a kiss between two such lovely young humans.
