Here is something I thing we should all do more:

Make a list of all the things you like about yourself.

Heres Mine:
I try to be a good friend.
I try to think things through and do the right thing.
I have nice eyes and smile and I try to use them to make others feel good.
I think I'm pretty smart most of the time.
