Weekly Status Update - Dec 16
Migration efforts are still underway with a current completion rate of 80% which leaves us on track for completion by EOD Dec 19th.
Due to staffing decisions beyond the projects control, our graphic designer, Steve Lapointe, is no longer with the company as of Dec 11th. We were able to salvage the work that he had done up until that point and were able to secure another resource with the required graphic design experience. Thank you to Hayley & Lana for lending us the resource on such short notice.
The above complication has set us back by 2 days, however we are still on target to present the finished product to the stakeholders on Dec 20th.
