My upstairs neighbor sounds like an extra insane version of the Joker from the Batman animated series, or the victim of a particularly good batch of Smilex. He laughs, in a high-pitched, hooting manner, CONSTANTLY.
I really wish I knew what was so funny. Maybe then, I too could laugh all the fucking time.
But until he shares the joke, it's bloody annoying, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep late at night or sleep in on the weekends. I swear this fucker laughs from the time he gets up to the time he goes to sleep.
